Milauskas Eye Institute , founded in 1980, is the leading ophthalmic practice in California's Coachella Valley. With locations in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and La Quinta , we're known for our excellence in comprehensive eye care and advanced medical technology.
We're seeking a Medical and Primary Care Optometrist who is passionate about providing top-quality patient care and ready to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

You'll be part of a thriving, well-established group of 10 providers (5 MDs and 5 ODs) working in state-of-the-art facilities - including our own Ambulatory Surgery Center. Enjoy the opportunity to practice to the full scope of your license , with robust support for both medical and optical care.
This is a perfect role for an energetic, personable optometrist who enjoys collaboration, lifelong learning, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary eye care in modern offices with outstanding optical dispensaries.
- Diagnose, manage, and co-manage chronic and surgical eye conditions , partnering with fellowship-trained specialists in glaucoma, retina, refractive, and advanced anterior segment.
- Work a balanced schedule : Tuesday-Friday (8am-5pm) and Saturday (9am-3pm) - leaving your Mondays free for recreation or relaxation!
