Position Summary : The MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services required for the maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment. This role ensures timely availability of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Procurement & Sourcing : Identify and source MRO materials, tools, and services to support plant operations and maintenance. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiation & Cost Management : Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Monitor market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Inventory & Supply Management : Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Ensure timely replenishment of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Supplier Performance : Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and service. Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, quality discrepancies, or invoicing.

Qualifications :

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Stoughton, WI.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
