Manager, Plant HR Generalist

In this position, you will oversee the Plant HR Generalist team and ensure the smooth operation of all HR functions within the manufacturing facility. You will work closely with plant leadership and corporate HR to deliver impactful HR services, resolve employee relations issues, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will also play a key role in implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives, supporting local union contract negotiations, and fostering a positive and ethical work environment. The role reports to the Plant HR Director and has managerial responsibilities over the Plant HR Generalist team, including staffing, performance, discipline, and development.
