Key Responsibilities Source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions Collaborate with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies and candidate profiles Maintain candidate pipelines and document recruitment status reports Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices Ability to assess candidates effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
