Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include :

Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs

Developing and implementing individualized care plans

Administering medications, treatments, and therapies

Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications :

CPR for Healthcare / BLS Certification

RN licensure in NM or reciprocal agreement

Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months

Trauma Nursing Core Course Certification within 6 months of hire
