Home Health Physical Therapist

• Location : Boulder and surrounding areas
• Pay Rates : $75-$150 per visit, (depending on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel time compensation!

Status : Part-Time

We are looking for someone energetic, self-sufficient, hardworking, and reliable to provide care for clients in their home. Someone who is has the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities, and effectively handle a heavy workload.  Must be familiar or willing to learn Oasis documentation.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR or willing to obtain upon hire (demonstration course required)
