What You’ll Do

Represent clients facing criminal charges throughout the Lubbock area.

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing clear and compassionate communication

Work with fellow attorneys and support staff to develop and execute case strategies

Show up for your team and your clients — with empathy, integrity, and purpose

Help people through difficult moments with honesty and effective representation

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Texas State Bar License

Experience in criminal law preferred, but passion and client-centered values matter most

Trial experience is a plus — but even more important is your ability to connect with clients and communicate clearly

Spanish fluency is a plus and eligible for bonus pay

Must live in or be relocating to the Lubbock area.

Where You’ll Work

Our Lubbock office is in downtown Lubbock. We provide dedicated parking and we are less than a block from the Lubbock County courthouse. Our office has amazing offices, 4 conference rooms, two kitchen / breakrooms as well as staff gameroom. We are in the process of building out a courtroom as well.

Pay : $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
