As a Hematology / Oncology Specialist, You Will :

Diagnose and treat a wide range of hematological and oncological disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for veterans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Here's What South Texas VA Offers :

Competitive Salary : $300,000 - $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and locality pay.

Generous Benefits Package :

Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) : Up to $40,000 per year for up to 5 years, a total of $200,000 TAX-FREE, to help manage student loans.

Qualifications :

MD or DO Degree : From an accredited medical school.

Valid and Unrestricted Texas Medical License

Board Certification in Hematology / Oncology

Strong Clinical Skills : Demonstrated expertise in hematology and oncology.

Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamwork Skills : Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
