Job descriptionStand-alone Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital The Hospital treats a 90% Neuro caseload : Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cords & more Lead a team of 10 other PTs, & partner with DOR to accomplish goals Serve as the "go to" person for all training & mentorship of the staff & students Patients have a 90% return to home rate 60 - 90 minute treatment sessions : Therapists see 6 patients per day on average Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (Multiple plans) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks + Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Three years of clinical experience required All previous leadership experience will be considered Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Collaborative, team-building personality style Servant leader mindset
