Field Manager for Commercial Duct Cleaning

Hughes Environmental, a member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, is seeking a Field Manager for Commercial Duct Cleaning. This position entails significant travel. The individual in this role will report to the Senior Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Plans, organizes and manages commercial air duct cleaning jobs.
  • Trains, leads supervises technicians to use company equipment to clean air ducts in commercial facilities, following NADCA standards.
  • Serves as the company's subject matter expert on commercial air duct cleaning.
  • Stresses the importance of safety and teaches best practices to project managers and technicians to use on jobs.
  • Review Purchase Work Order to understand the scope of work.
  • Read blueprint drawings and follow work instructions.
  • Ensures before and after photos are taken and submitted with reports in a timely manner.
  • Work collegially with other team leads and technicians and communicates with customers with tact and professionalism.
  • A willingness to learn and perform other services such as combustible dust removal, dry ice blasting, facility cleaning and UVC light disinfecting as needed.
  • Ensures all work areas are cleaned and that company tools and equipment are tracked.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • NADCA-certification preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability and willingness to travel through the week and during some weekends and holidays
  • At least five years of experience in commercial air duct cleaning
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial air ducts
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
