Field Manager for Commercial Duct Cleaning
Hughes Environmental, a member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, is seeking a Field Manager for Commercial Duct Cleaning. This position entails significant travel. The individual in this role will report to the Senior Director of Operations.

Requirements
Plans, organizes and manages commercial air duct cleaning jobs.Trains, leads supervises technicians to use company equipment to clean air ducts in commercial facilities, following NADCA standards.Serves as the company's subject matter expert on commercial air duct cleaning.Stresses the importance of safety and teaches best practices to project managers and technicians to use on jobs.Review Purchase Work Order to understand the scope of work.Read blueprint drawings and follow work instructions.Ensures before and after photos are taken and submitted with reports in a timely manner.Work collegially with other team leads and technicians and communicates with customers with tact and professionalism.A willingness to learn and perform other services such as combustible dust removal, dry ice blasting, facility cleaning and UVC light disinfecting as needed.Ensures all work areas are cleaned and that company tools and equipment are tracked.Minimum Qualifications
NADCA-certification preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseAbility and willingness to travel through the week and during some weekends and holidaysAt least five years of experience in commercial air duct cleaningKnowledge of HVAC systems and commercial air ductsAbility to read blueprintsOutstanding oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills
