Vocational Training Coach (Janitorial)

Summary

The primary function of this position is to support the mission of Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley by providing vocational training support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Services focus on helping individuals identify career interests, build job skills, and prepare for successful employment in the community. This includes individuals who are :

• Assisting with transitions from high school to adult services, or;
• Assisting with setting goals and building job skills in the areas of customer service, food services, janitorial, and other community connections through training experiences within the community to reach the goal of obtaining competitive employment.
