Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferredbut a big heart matters most. Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon). Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques. Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy. Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
