Controller (Multi-State)

A company is looking for a Controller to manage finance, operations, and HR functions while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly close, payroll, and financial audits

Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll, and engagement initiatives

Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls to support growth

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations leadership roles within SaaS or fintech

Deep understanding of GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS metrics

Experience managing monthly close, payroll, invoicing, and audits

Strong understanding of state compliance and internal controls

Proven ability to build structure in high-growth environments
