What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and / or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the grounds and perimeter of the location to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor for unusual activity and report any observations to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points as required.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding guests and / or staff as directed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
