About The Position

Job Title : EEG Tech

Experience : 2 years of EEG tech experience required

License : VA or compact state license must be held at the time of submission

Certifications : ABRET, BLS, R.EEGT or ABRET

Must-Have : EMU monitoring experience, experience with pediatrics

Description :

This position involves working in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, monitoring and performing maintenance on EEGs.

Cover inpatient EEG requests as needed.

Work during holidays that occur during the scheduled shift is required.

The manager will conduct interviews.

Experience with pediatrics is necessary.

Candidates must float within the scope of practice if needed.

EPIC charting experience is required.

The facility will review all background checks and related information.

Candidates must plan start dates accordingly due to fingerprinting requirements.

Modules will be assigned during orientation and are required to be completed by the end of orientation week.
