Schedule : Monday-Friday. Daily hours vary based upon clinic needs, between 7am - 4pm. This position is primarily located in the Woodrail office, but floats to all Central Region locations as needed.
As a Nurse (LPN or RN) on our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Outpatient Float team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting behavioral health clinics across our service area. This dynamic position offers variety in your day-to-day work while ensuring continuity of care for those we serve. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness, deliver high-quality clinical care, and strengthen access to services in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and patient education across assigned ACT and Outpatient clinics.Rotate between clinics to support staffing needs, ensuring continuity of care and operational stability.Assist with medication management, lab procedures, and patient assessments within scope of practice.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality, safety, and compliance initiatives.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered service delivery.Follow all infection control, CLIA, OSHA, and safety standards while maintaining supplies and equipment.Travel to other clinic locations as needed to provide nursing coverage and support. High School / GED requiredAssociate’s degree in nursing requiredBachelor’s degree in nursing preferredPractical Nursing certificate requiredWork Experience / Training / Additional Requirements
A valid MO driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage requiredLicensure / Certification
