What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at automotive locations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive business and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Document observations and report any security-related concerns or incidents as required by site procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following location-specific guidelines and instructions.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
