This travel position is based in the charming town of Hillsborough, North Carolina, within Orange County. Known for its vibrant art scene, Hillsborough offers attractions such as local farm events, outdoor art showcases, and historical exploration opportunities that enrich community life. The role involves working across multiple schools with a caseload of approximately 30 students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with 37.5 expected weekly hours. As this position requires traveling to various school sites, it provides a dynamic work environment where you can make meaningful contributions to students' lives. The candidate will need to manage their schedule to ensure comprehensive support across the assigned schools.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, School

Physical Therapy licensure required. Experience traveling to different school sites and handling a K-12 student caseload is necessary. The candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday and will not be paid for school holidays and / or closures due to teacher workshops or inclement weather.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in school settings and comfort with handling diverse age groups. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain flexible scheduling as travel between schools is required.
