Job Title : Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated food manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, support preventive maintenance programs, assist with production line changeovers and startups, and ensure all work is properly documented and validated with engineering. This position also involves ordering parts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting outsourced service teams.

Work Environment

Work in a GMP environment with 3-4 production lines, including herring, smoked salmon, fresh salmon, and ready-to-eat food lines. As part of a 3-person maintenance team, you will experience a fishy smell, but masks can be worn due to GMP regulations. The role operates on the 1st shift from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $59000.00 / yr.
