Compassionate Caregivers & Home Health Aides

Pay : $15.50$17.50 / hour (depending on availability, length of experience, and skillset)

Shifts : Flexible scheduling part-time, full-time, and potential overnights available for those with a high skillset.

We are not a standard 95 agency schedules are created based on each client's individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same.

We proudly serve Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and the city of Belleville with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area.

What You'll Do :

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Maintain a safe environment and follow care plans
• Support mobility and transfers
• Communicate observations and changes to the office promptly
