About The Role
We’re looking for a product manager to drive our provider onboarding experience to new heights.
As the product manager supporting onboarding, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a delightful experience that helps providers get started on Headway. You’ll oversee each step of the onboarding process including : the intake experience, getting providers credentialed with insurance companies, and ultimately taking their first appointment. You will be responsible for helping to develop a strategy for this pod, create a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with a talented cross-functional team across sales, operations, engineering, design, and data to learn from early experiments and deliver results at scale.
