We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities :

Counselor will be working with the courts to provide therapeutic services and support for individuals involved in the legal system, particularly Accountability Court in the Mountain Judicial Circuit.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields

Experience in conflict resolution

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Unlicensed / Assoc Lic. ($45,000 / yr.) :

Salary is dependent length of licensure

LMFT / LPC / LCSW - Licensure with less than one year of post licensure experience - 49,500
