Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of bridge construction from planning through completion
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules for timely, on-budget delivery
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bridge construction experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, DOT specifications, safety regulations, and project management
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Relevant certifications or a degree in construction management / civil engineering is a plus
• Candidates should have experience with pile driving, concrete forming and placement, cofferdam construction, steel erection, and bridge demolition.
