100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM This is a hybrid role, with on-site requirements up to 10 days per year. Work location will be University Hospital in Madison, WI when on-site. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Medical Equipment Data Analyst to :

• Use strong expertise in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) systems and database management to serve as the primary CMMS resource, acting as the source of truth for asset and work order data, while managing data on recall and patient safety events.
• Gather feedback from health care technology management (HTM) teams on processes and share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested, ensuring proficiency in presenting data clearly and effectively.
• Build and maintain training programs and provide skills updates for HTM staff on CMMS processes and best practices with excellent communication skills.
