We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- to join our pediatric team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about helping children develop effective communication skills. This role involves evaluating and treating speech and language disorders and working closely with families to create supportive, personalized therapy plans.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy services in a clinic-based setting
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- Participate in staff meetings, consultations, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Stay informed on current best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility)
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Experience in pediatrics or outpatient settings is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving skills
