Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse, you will :
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient care.Regularly evaluate care plans and make necessary adjustments based on patient responses.Effectively communicate with physicians, team leaders, and resource nurses.Demonstrate expertise in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management.Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments on all patients.Monitor hemodynamic status and interpret results accurately.Coordinate interdisciplinary consultation as required.Supervise patient care delivery effectively.Fulfill additional duties as assigned.Requirements :
1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.Cardiac rhythm recognition skills are preferred.Education :
Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Licenses and Certifications :
