About The Position
Medix is currently partnering with a client facility to fill a travel assignment for a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist. We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join a busy outpatient facility team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine exams. This is an outpatient setting, so there are no on-call, weekend, or emergency requirements . The successful candidate will have experience with a broad range of exams, including a high volume of neuro scans, DAT scans, and PET brain imaging.

Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025
Length of Assignment : 13 Weeks (Contract to Start)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, shifts scheduled between 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM (40 hours per week)
State License Needed : Nevada
Pay : Compensation and possible stipends will be discussed in detail with your dedicated Medix recruiter.
Key Responsibilities May Include :
Performing a wide array of nuclear medicine procedures on patients.
Operating and maintaining equipment such as Siemens Biograph Horizon PET Cameras and Siemens Symbia E Nuc Med Cameras.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all imaging results.
Documenting patient information and procedures accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (EXA) and PACS (Intellirad).
Adhering to all radiation safety protocols and facility policies.
Providing excellent patient care and clear instructions to patients throughout the imaging process.

Job Requirements
ARRT in Nuclear Medicine
Active Nevada State License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience with a variety of nuclear medicine exams, including neuro scans and PET brain imaging.
