What You’ll Do

  • Assist healthcare providers with onboarding and maintaining the EHR.
  • Offer top-notch customer service over the phone, chat, and email to help providers navigate technical challenges.
  • Troubleshoot various IT issues, including hardware, software, telecommunications, and connectivity.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve our customers' experience and introduce them to additional services that can help.
  • Be a problem solver for medical professionals. When their tech works, they can focus on saving lives.
  • Stay updated on technology trends that can make healthcare better for everyone.

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a clinically integrated setting.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
  • You’re a team player who loves problem-solving and can stay calm under pressure.
  • A commitment to learning, growing, and making a difference in marginalized communities.
  • Physical Requirements

  • You’re comfortable sitting at a desk for long periods.
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Extra Skills We Value

  • Experience with Medical Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like EPICare or Athenahealth.
  • IT infrastructure management experience.
  • Knowledge of behavioral and mental health services.
