Job descriptionFull-time position One-year physician partnership track for US candidates Physician leaders and decision-makers at all levels of the organization Join two existing surgeons and four experienced APPs. Time off : up to 11 weeks (for full-time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off Call is equally shared among surgeons. Established busy practice with experienced APPs and support staff. Work / Life Balance Located in north central Washington State 12,000 square-mile service area with clinics in 12 rural communities Two hospitals in town with more than 30 medical specialties .More than 200 days of sunshine annually

Compensation / Benefits
- First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two
- Pay range from $815,580 to $881,708
- Relocation expenses covered, including packing : up to $20,000
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
- Generous Healthcare / Vision / Dental Annual Premium paid for provider and family
- Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long-term disability insurance
- Signing bonus
