We are hiring a Windchill Solutions Architect to support the deliverables of our global team and initiatives. As a member of our team, using Agile practices, you will lead us to timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive cross functional business strategies and initiatives.

Who You Are :

We are looking for someone who is self-directed and has a high initiative to join our Engineering Systems team . You should be a strong relationship - builder with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working on projects that are large, complex, and provide new and improved capabilities to our customers . You should be flexible, driven, energetic, and have strong technical, critical thinking, and people skills to join our team . Above all, you are service-focused, serving our team, customers, and IT as well teaching and leading others with empathy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required .
• 5 years of experience working with Windchill and PLM business processes.
• Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment preferred.

To accomplish our mission, we are continually improving and enhancing our PLM system which provides the foundation for the Digital Thread of connected product development data . The annual base salary range for this position is $ 117,000 - $ 182,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
