Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales and Growth teams to foster collaboration and success in partner acquisition and expansion
Serve as executive sponsor for key prospects and partners, ensuring alignment throughout the partner lifecycle
Advocate for partner needs in shaping the company's strategic priorities and roadmap
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, preferably in fintech or SaaS
Proven track record of driving joint growth initiatives and influencing product strategies
Experience in management consulting, product management, or go-to-market strategy
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across Sales and Growth
Strong analytical skills with a curiosity for technical products and their business value
