Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : 8, 10H Days 4x10s or 5x8's-will be traveling to patients homes for therapy sessions-5 visits per 8 hr day. 40 hours per week. M-F- 5 cases per day on average- Chartin System - Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)- OR license required at time of submit- Other screening tips - we need someone who is a fast learner, self-starter, able to get up to speed quickly.
