Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

Looking for a nurse with NO time off requests for this contract

Weekly gross : $2952 for 36 hours

Contract length : 20 weeks

Guaranteed hours per week : 36

Experience required : Min 2 years

Start date : - 4 / 7 / 2025.

Certification : BLS

Requirements :

Experience with hospice case management required

Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required

Experience with McKesson / Netsmart EMR preferred

Work schedule Monday-Friday
