Shift & Pay :
- Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
- Pay Rate : $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all sales contacts via phone / email, including orders, quotations, expediting, and inquiriesProvide direct support between customers and the production teamCollaborate with account managers, logistics, and quality teams to address production needsWork with production planning and procurement teams for expediting ordersUse company formulas to quote pricing to customersNavigate the ERP system for order processing, product quotes, part loading, and moreReview and coordinate the implementation of changes and updates to sales ordersInvestigate and respond to customer questions regarding short shipments, damaged goods, or discrepanciesUpdate and maintain customer information portalsPrint forms and assemble sales order packetsEnsure compliance with company sales & marketing and export / import policiesGenerate sales analysis reports and other customer-related reportsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications :
Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skills via email (no phone calls)Comfortable using computers and learning new systemsAbility to interpret safety and procedural documentsProficient in writing routine reports and correspondenceBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle standardized problemsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet softwareHigh school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related experience or trainingStrong organizational skills to manage a high volume of emailsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 poundsModerate noise level in the work environmentWhy Apply for This Temp-to-Perm Role?
