We are seeking a finance payments analyst to support the Global Trade Disbursements processes for the indirect payments while identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Join the Global Trade Disbursements team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of payments across Apple's global operations. We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, data-savvy professional to join our Disbursements Teamsomeone with a solid foundation in finance or operations, who is also excited about leveraging data tools to drive process improvement, automation, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in a finance operations, disbursements, data analytics or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business, or a related field

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and drive process improvements, automation, or system enhancements

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with disbursements processes, treasury operations, or global banking processes

Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools, financial systems (Excel, Tableau, Dataiku, SAP, etc.)

Demonstrated passion for automating and improving processes and systems, with a track record of ownership and accountability

General understanding of GAAP, SOX, general ledger, finance, payment, and accounting processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity and complexity

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
