Vice President

Responsibilities

Investment Analysis and Execution :

Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, market research, andpetitive analysis. Develop investment theses and present rmendations to the investmentmittee. Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions.

Portfolio Management :

Oversee the performance of portfoliopanies, providing strategic guidance and support. Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement growth strategies. Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Strategic Initiatives :

Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Servicepanies sectors. Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and potential partners. Contribute to the development of the firm's overall strategy and growth plans.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing portfoliopanies.
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
