Job Responsibilities of the Leasing Assistant Business Manager

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Process and review new applications, complete lease documents and related paperwork
  • Comply with company policies and protocols
  • Assist with coordinating resident special events and activities

Job Requirements of the Assistant Business Manager :

  • Strong with accounting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Yardi or CRM experience is a plus
  • Pass a background check

    • Hourly Salary : $18-$22
