Accounts Receivable / Cash Application Specialist (Temp)

Location : Irvine (In Office)

25 / hr - $35 / hr

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist to support our finance team in managing collections, cash application, and AR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems such as Sage 300 and NetSuite, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities, especially in customer-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Perform accurate and timely cash application to customer accounts within our ERP systems (Sage 300 and NetSuite)
• Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain and reconcile AR aging reports, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
• Work closely with internal teams including Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issues
• Monitor customer account status and escalate collection issues as necessary
• Utilize Excel to analyze AR data and prepare reports as needed
