Change Within Reach is a mental health clinic providing psychotherapy services to a wide

array of clients. We offer opportunities to work with children, adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages. We serve culturally diverse populations of various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups. Change Within Reach will provide you with as many clients as you need, we are extremely busy.

We are currently hiring ONLY California LICENSED clinicians - Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (Ph.D / Psy.D). to provide psychotherapy services via telehealth. Both part time and full time positions are available.

Responsibilities of Therapist :

Competence providing therapy services to a diverse client population
Ability to complete high-quality session documentation in a timely manner
Good people skills and ability to connect with people in a warm, nurturing way while also setting boundaries and enforcing policies
Ability to follow practice policies and ensure that treatment services are in accordance with Change Within Reach practices
Attention to detail and ability to manage client caseload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team

Requirements of Therapist :

Must be a California Licensed clinician

Strong Work Ethic

Passionate about Clinical work

Part Time - Minimum 20 clinical hours per week

Full Time - Minimum 32 clinical hours per week (In addition to regular business hours, we are open during evenings and weekends)

Ability to complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
