Job descriptionBachelor's degree in business administration, science, or technology 3+ years' experience with B2B consultative sales and business development Must have experience with flexible packaging and pre-made bags Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Familiarity with CPG, brand development, and marketing strategies is preferred Comfortable navigating complex, high-value sales environments Experience working with international suppliers or companies selling into the U.S. market Uncapped commission Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid short- and long-term disability Life insurance 3 weeks PTO and 9 holidays 401k match Yearly performance-based bonuses
Sales Account Manager
We're seeking a self-motivated Sales Account Manager. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence and building strong, long-term client relationships across the U.S. and Canada. You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and attend trade shows and conferences.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive new business and revenue growth across a defined territory
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, closing, and delivery
- Contribute to strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Support internal collaboration and uphold high standards of quality and client service
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quota
