About the Role

The Clinic Support Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and patient-centered experience within the clinic. This role supports both patients and clinical staff by preparing and stocking exam rooms, assisting with procedure setup, facilitating patient flow, and helping with communication across the care team, laboratory, and front desk. The Clinic Support Coordinator ensures patients feel guided and supported throughout their visit while helping medical staff focus on direct patient care

We are seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine . This is a full-time, onsite position supporting our Kirkland and Everett clinics.

Schedule :

• Evere 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM
• Kirkland : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Must be willing to participate in possible weekend on-call rotations and 1–2 holidays per year (one assigned and one on-call)
