Role specifics and benefits :
- As a LTC RN, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, supervise and mentor nursing assistants, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, manage wounds, and respond to acute changes with clinical judgment and compassion.
- You’ll educate residents and families, promote safety, and coordinate with therapists and social workers to address holistic needs.
