Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager 1

Job Description

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join the Case Management Team. This role will be PRN Day Shift : Average of 2 - 3 shifts per month. Orientation will be 5 days per week for approx. 6-12 weeks.
