What Youll Do

• Own the results. Youll lead every aspect of store performance from daily operations to hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.

Who You Are

• A proven sales leader with 3 years of management experience in automotive service or retail.
• Highly organized driven and results-oriented you run on goals and live by numbers.
• A motivator who leads by example and builds teams that win together.
• Skilled at selling problem-solving and communicating with confidence.
• You hold yourself and others accountable for performance presentation and follow-through.
• Valid drivers license required.
