Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,150 per week in Zanesville, OH

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Med-Surg Adult Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Nights Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum 3 years of current / recent Telemetry and / or Stepdown experience required License : Current active RN license Certifications : BLS, ACLS, Epic EMR proficiency required Must-Have : - Telemetry reading ability; must pass competency on day one - Active BLS required Description : RN will work primarily on the cardiac unit. Occasionally floats between various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, and Observation. Schedule is 36 hours per week, night shift from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM, with every other weekend required. No call requirement. BLS and ACLS are both required. Current Epic EMR proficiency is essential, and refresher classes or one-on-one assistance are not options. Candidates will be tested for telemetry reading skills on day one. Termination will occur if competency is not passed. Additional hours may be canceled by the facility during the contract period. Holiday coverage is required.
