A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Utilization Management - Remote. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer behavioral health benefits for facility-based care Utilize clinical assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and evaluate additional clinical services needed Coordinate benefits and transitions between various levels of care and assist in identifying community-based services for discharge planning Required Qualifications Independently licensed clinician with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline, or an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs Willingness to work up to 4 holidays per year on a rotating basis Dedicated space in home for a home office and access to high-speed internet
