Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team focused on integrating with external construction and document management systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a team of engineers, defining technical direction and ensuring alignment with company goals Oversee the architecture and scalability of a multi-tenant integration platform, ensuring robustness across integrations Collaborate with partners and developers to facilitate onboarding and enhance platform performance Required Qualifications 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management role Proficient in TypeScript / Node and familiar with integration concepts Experience with backend-heavy systems and complex integration challenges Proven track record of delivering production-grade integrations Passion for solving real-world problems, preferably with experience in construction or enterprise SaaS
