Position Summary : Our Client is seeking an Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Nurse is responsible for delivering direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ physical and emotional status.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and discharge instructions.
• Prioritize and manage care for multiple patients based on their acuity levels.
