Service Advisor

Location : Knoxville TN

Full-Time | Pay : Base + Commission

Second Shift 10AM- 8PM after training. During training hours will be 7AM - 5PM

Acts Fleet Maintenance is looking for a Service Advisor who’s ready to do more than just write ROs — someone who wants to Lead  backed by a company with over 30 years of proven success in the fleet industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Write and manage service orders for fleet maintenance and repairs

Communicate directly with customers and ensure every job meets their expectations

Schedule work, assign jobs, and keep the shop running smoothly

Create and present maintenance proposals and fleet contracts

Keep things compliant with safety and DOT standards

Lead by example — motivate techs, deliver top-tier service, and grow the business

Who You Are

Experienced Service Advisor or Shop Foreman ready for the next step

Confident communicator who can turn great service into lasting relationships

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Sales-driven — you enjoy helping customers and closing the deal

Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to make things happen

Preferred Skills

Fleet or dealership service writing experience

Familiarity with service management or scheduling systems

Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
