Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Telemetry - $2,550 to $2,570 per week in West Bend, WI

Deliver direct patient care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring to patients with conditions such as MI, CHF, COPD, stroke, and stable arrhythmias . Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the care team. Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and patient families to ensure coordinated care. Accurately document patient care, assessments, and responses in the EMR system. Support and educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge processes. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards. Float to other units as needed to support patient care across the facility.
